These Terms of Service are website terms of use and business-to-business inquiry and quotation terms for the website operated by Guangzhou One Plus One Packaging Co., Ltd. (“OnePlusOne Packaging,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This website provides information about custom packaging manufacturing and allows business customers to submit inquiries. It does not provide online checkout, a shopping cart, direct online payment, or automatic order confirmation.

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes, including reviewing general information about our capabilities and contacting us about a custom packaging project. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in an unlawful or misleading way.

General Website Information

Website content is provided for general reference. Product images, colours, dimensions, materials, structures, printing effects, finishes, inserts, and specifications may differ from a final custom project. Final requirements are confirmed separately with our sales team.

Inquiries, Quotations, and Order Confirmation

Submitting a Contact, Quote, or Inquiry Form does not create a binding order or require either party to proceed. A quotation is based on the information available at the time it is prepared and does not become a confirmed order until both parties agree to the applicable project specifications and commercial terms.

Custom size, structure, material, printing, finish, insert, quantity, sample, production, delivery, and other project requirements are discussed and confirmed separately with the sales team. Any project-specific quotation, order confirmation, pro forma invoice, specification sheet, or other written agreement may contain additional terms relevant to that project.

Customer Information and Artwork

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete product details, dimensions, quantities, delivery requirements, artwork, logos, trademarks, text, and other specifications. You should review and approve project information carefully before sampling or production.

You retain ownership of artwork and other materials that you own and provide to us. By providing them for a project, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use them for quotation, sampling, production, quality control, and project communication. We do not receive ownership of your trademarks or original artwork merely because you submit an inquiry.

Samples and Production

Sample methods, costs, appearance, timing, and production details are subject to project confirmation. A sample, digital proof, rendering, or prototype may not represent every characteristic of full production. Custom-made packaging may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances, including variations in dimensions, colour, material, print position, finishing, and quantity. Applicable expectations will be discussed for the specific project.

Lead Times and Shipping

Production lead times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, freight responsibilities, documentation, and destination requirements are confirmed separately for each project. Website statements about timing or delivery are general information unless included in agreed project documents.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website design, text, graphics, original photographs, logos, and other site content are owned by or licensed to OnePlusOne Packaging and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for legitimate business evaluation, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit site content without permission.
