The Brief: Coordinated Packaging for a New Nail Brand
Customers with the One Plus One Packaging team in the showroom

The customer contacted One Plus One Packaging while starting her business. She wanted packaging that reflected her pink brand identity across the shipping box and its supporting accessories.

Her inquiry included mailer boxes, thank-you cards, logo stickers, and custom tissue paper. She supplied reference images showing the preferred box appearance, logo design, and repeated tissue paper pattern.

For this project, the custom nail packaging boxes served as outer mailing packaging. The brief focused on presenting the brand through the shipping box and accessories.

The customer also asked about samples for each product and shipping costs to France for both samples and the bulk order.

Defining the Box and Packaging Accessories

The quotation brought the main packaging components together for review. It listed a custom mailer box, printed tissue paper, a custom card, metal stickers, and round self-adhesive stickers.

E-flute corrugated board was listed in the box quotation. The proposed mailer structure provided a paper packaging format for the brand’s customer shipments.

During sticker discussions, our team offered several diameter options and explained that the reference image showed a 5 cm round sticker. The customer selected that size.

The packaging development therefore covered several connected details:

  • A pink exterior and custom brand artwork for the mailer box.
  • A white box interior without printing.
  • Pink logo printing on translucent white tissue paper.
  • A confirmed 5 cm diameter for the round self-adhesive sticker.
  • Coordinated artwork for the quoted cards and additional logo stickers.

Brands planning similar projects can explore our custom mailer boxes and custom tissue paper options when preparing their packaging brief.

Moving the Brand Message to the Box Opening

One specific artwork change came directly from the customer’s unboxing idea.

During the design review, she marked the front opening area on a box image and asked whether a phrase could be placed there. She explained that she wanted her customer to see the message as soon as the box was opened.

Our team confirmed that the designer would adjust the text to that position.

This request made artwork placement part of the packaging function. The logo established the exterior identity, while the phrase near the opening created a planned moment of communication during unboxing.

The white, unprinted interior was confirmed separately, giving the team a clear instruction for the inside surface.

Video Sample Review Before Bulk Production

After reviewing the final sample details, the customer confirmed that the specifications were satisfactory and completed the sample payment on December 10, 2025.

On December 18, our team shared a video showing the physical pink mailer box for her review. The customer responded in French:

“Oh wahou j’adore.”

In English, this means: “Oh wow, I love it.”

The video gave the buyer a view of the assembled sample before the bulk order moved forward. The customer approved the sample remotely through this video review.

Later that day, the customer asked our team to verify a payment that had already been deducted from her account. We checked the order and confirmed receipt of the 50% payment.

Production Completion and Shipment Updates

On January 14, 2026, our team informed the customer that production was complete and shared finished-product photographs for review before shipment. The images included the printed round logo stickers.

The customer welcomed the update and then confirmed that she had completed the balance payment. Our team replied that payment verification was in progress.

A UPS tracking label was subsequently shared on January 19. The customer acknowledged the update and said she would check the tracking information.

The documented process included design confirmation, sample review, payment checks, finished-product updates, and shipment tracking.

Customer Feedback on the Delivered Mailer Boxes
French customer feedback praising the pink mailer boxes

During a delivery follow-up on March 24, the customer clarified that she had received the mailing boxes but was still waiting for the remaining items.

She described the boxes as very beautiful and said she was very happy with the result. She also expressed excitement about receiving the rest of the order.

This feedback confirms a positive response to the delivered mailer boxes. It relates specifically to those boxes, with the other products still awaiting receipt at that point.

The case shows how a new nail brand developed custom nail packaging boxes through reference images, practical artwork adjustments, video sample approval, and continued order communication.
